Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “This potholder was very easy to install. The instructions were well illustrated and I was able to install the entire apparatus in about 20 minutes. Chrome-plated steel dividers with very firm plastic clips for the cross-members means there is no flex or wobble in the rack frame, even with heavier pots seated within. The ball bearings make the rollout very smooth, but also the slides have enough friction so that they do not crash to a stop at full extension. There is even a slight amount of resistance when you push the slides back into place to keep them from rolling open on their own. This shows an excellent attention to detail. I highly recommend this product.”
Customer Review: “I am so happy I bought this to organize my pots and pans. Under the cabinet looks so clean and tidy. I was able to fit everything and the good thing about, I am able to move and remove and add more racks or not to fit the big and small pans. It’s sturdy and very easy to install and use and I am able to pull it out to get to the back of the rack. It’s a little pricey than some but it’s worth it. “You get what you paid for” I recommend this product and I won’t hesitate to buy it again. Margarette

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “Recently remodeled a small kitchen in a small house and need to maximize cabinet space and access. This cabinet organizer is just what I needed. Well made, sturdy, easy to put together (thankfully because the one page picture instructions are fairly worthless but the picture was helpful), glides smoothly. It could be improved by including something to lay over the open wire racks so that things don’t fall thru. Other than that, it’s perfect for my application. I’ll likely buy another to improve access to things in a blind cabinet.”
Customer Review: “I purchased this in Sept of 2023 but am just now able to begin my kitchen upgrades. I unpacked it about 2 weeks before it was to be installed. I was impressed at the sturdiness and the weight of the baskets. It was simple to put together except for knowing which screws to use, and none of the installation videos specifically stated that. You use the machine screws (the shortest screws) to attach the brackets to the baskets. They are called one thing in the videos and labeled differently in the instructions. All of the videos go pretty quick and don’t have many closeups, but the one thing none of them mentioned is that the slide rails have clips that the basket actually snaps into and when you attach the slide rails to the brackets, those clips must ALL be facing up when the unit is together and sitting upright. I had to remove and swap from left to right, the two upper rails which I had put on with the clips facing down due to installing them on the wrong sides. I don’t recall any “left side” “right side” markings on them and no mention of this in the instructions. The two pieces that go onto the ends of the top rails so you can secure the unit to the back wall of your cabinet, have to be slid onto the top rail. This item is 2 tier, 14 inches wide (bracket to bracket), EACH BASKET is 12 inches wide, 18 inches long, front to back and 2 & 7/16 (just shy of 2 & 1/2 inches) deep bottom to top. The entire unit is 14 inches high from the floor to the top of the bracket. I have my top shelf on the lower position of the bracket, so the bracket sticks up above the top of my top basket by about 1 inch. If you place your top basket in the highest position, the top of the basket will be about 1 & 1/2 inches above the backet and the entire unit, floor to top of top basket, will be 15 & 1/2 inches high. The seller advised that this holds 40 pounds max PER EXTENDED SHELF. I paid $74.99 Sept 4, 2023. Before I had this installed I had ordered 2 larger similar items from Home Depot. They are the Rev-a-shelf brand. Approximately 21 inches wide bracket to bracket. The basket is 18 & 3/4 wide by 20 & 3/4 long (front to back). Per the manufacturer each shelf holds a max of 50 pounds. I paid $136.99 April 26, 2025. The quality of the metal (both say they are chrome), the smoothness of the slides and the shipping/delivery speed are comparable for both brands. The DinDon brand feels a bit better due to being heavier, it feels a little more solid. If DinDon had the other sizes I needed I probably would’ve ordered from them.”

Customer Reviews
Customer Review: “It arrived quickly. Was easy to install – my cabinets are all real wood so I did the adhesive and screw combo. Well made, adjustable and metal so it should last for years maybe longer. Is it worth the $89? Yes it allows you to see and have access to all things in the cabinet – ours is a tall vertical pantry so it is very nice to have where I can pull it out and get to everything and keep everything organized. This is very versatile… You could use it in a workshop cabinets house or other type of cabinets. The size is really nice because you can make it where you have one or two side by side or expand it and just have one on each shelf.”
Customer Review: “This pull-out cabinet organizer has been very helpful in my kitchen. It’s a little narrower than my cabinet, but I still find it very useful for storing the pans and utensils that I use all the time, so I can reach them quickly without digging through the whole cabinet. The organizer feels strong and durable, even with heavy cookware on it. It slides out very smoothly, doesn’t get stuck, and the rails were easy to install. I like that it makes the cabinet much more functional and keeps everything organized. Even though the size wasn’t a perfect fit for my cabinet, it still works great and makes everyday cooking more convenient.”
Complete Buying Guide for Pull Out Drawers For Pots And Pans
Essential Factors We Consider
When evaluating pull out drawers for pots and pans, we focus on several critical factors. First, cabinet compatibility is paramount—measure your cabinet width, depth, and height before purchasing. Look for organizers that offer adjustability to accommodate your specific dimensions. Second, load capacity matters greatly; heavier cast iron and stainless steel cookware require sturdy construction with proper weight ratings. Third, consider installation requirements—some models require drilling while others use adhesive or no-installation approaches. Finally, assess accessibility features like full-extension slides, independent pull-out tiers, and adjustable dividers that enhance usability.
Budget Planning
Pull out drawer prices range from budget-friendly options around $50 to premium models exceeding $200. Entry-level organizers ($40-$80) offer basic functionality with simpler designs, while mid-range models ($80-$150) provide better materials and features like expandable widths. Premium options ($150+) deliver commercial-grade construction with advanced features. Consider the cost per year of ownership—investing in a durable organizer often saves money long-term compared to replacing cheaper alternatives. Remember to factor in installation costs if hiring professionals, though most DIY installations take less than an hour.
Final Thoughts
Choosing the right pull out drawer for pots and pans transforms kitchen efficiency and reduces frustration during meal preparation. The ideal organizer balances your specific cabinet dimensions, cookware collection size, installation preferences, and budget constraints. Whether you prioritize professional-grade durability, budget-friendly options, or innovative installation methods, today’s market offers solutions for every kitchen scenario. Take time to measure carefully, read reviews thoroughly, and select an organizer that promises lasting value and improved cooking experiences.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do I measure my cabinet for a pull out drawer?
A: Measure the interior width, depth, and height of your cabinet where you plan to install the organizer. For width, measure at both top and bottom—use the smallest dimension since the drawer needs to fit throughout. Depth should include any cabinet molding. Height measures from floor to bottom of upper cabinet. Most manufacturers provide sizing charts comparing these measurements to their product dimensions.
Q: Can I install a pull out drawer without drilling?
A: Yes, several modern organizers use adhesive nano film technology that eliminates drilling entirely. These models stick directly to cabinet surfaces using industrial-strength adhesives. However, ensure your cabinet material (typically plywood or solid wood) is clean, dry, and free of paint or laminate for best adhesion results.
Q: What’s the difference between single-tier and multi-tier organizers?
A: Single-tier organizers provide one level of storage accessible by sliding the entire unit out. Multi-tier models feature multiple shelves that can slide independently or as a set. Dual/triple-tier systems are excellent for separating pots/pans from lids or organizing different cookware types, but require more cabinet height and may have slightly reduced weight capacity per shelf.
Q: How much weight can these organizers support?
A: Weight capacity varies significantly by model and construction quality. Basic models typically support 50-75 pounds per shelf, while heavy-duty professional versions can handle 100+ pounds. Always check manufacturer specifications and never exceed rated capacities—this includes both individual items and total distributed weight across all shelves.
Q: Do these fit in both framed and frameless cabinets?
A: Many modern organizers include riser pads or adjustable feet that enable installation in both cabinet types. Framed cabinets have visible face frames while frameless (European-style) cabinets expose the box construction. Look for products specifically mentioning compatibility with both styles, or purchase separate adapter kits if needed.
In conclusion, finding the best pull out drawers for pots and pans transforms your kitchen from chaotic to coordinated. We’ve explored ten outstanding options ranging from budget-friendly solutions to premium professional-grade organizers.
