It is fully customizable, easy to clean, grinds and brews perfectly. No measuring and scooping. It’s all self contained. Just put the beans in the hopper, add water to the holding tank, choose your grind size, roast level, and amount of coffee to brew and presto! You can even pre program your brew time. Very reasonably priced for the extremely high manufacturing quality of this machine.

Having previously enjoyed freshly ground coffee using a separate grinder, I found this approach to offer a pleasant alternative to conventional pre-ground coffee.This coffee maker has an internal burr grinder to automatically grind the beans into the brew basket prior to brewing the coffee. The filter basket is reuseable, or you can use your own cone filters. It can grind and make up to 10 cups of coffee in 2 cup increments and has a clock and timer. The clock/timer is only a 24-hour format and there is no way to change it to a 12-hour clock. The coffee pot will keep the coffee warm for up to 120 minutes at about 155-175 deg, you can also set how much time it stays on hold too. The burr grinder has 8 settings from fine to coarse. There are 3 brew strength settings from light to dark. You will need a large space under your counter cabinets for this coffee maker as it is 17 inches tall and you will need room for adding beans and water. The bean hopper has a rubber seal to help keep the beans fresh.This coffee maker came with cleaning tools, scoop and great instructions, the basket swings out by pressing a button on the side and the burr grinder seems to grind the coffee well. One drawback to the grinder, the instructions tell you not to use oily beans and the burr grinder can be a little noisy. Customer Review: I wanted a coffee maker that I could easily program to save time in the morning and I wanted one with a buit-in grinder. This Gevi has it all! It is easy to set and program the time to brew anytime you want. It allows you to select how finely you’d like your grinds (I recommend more course to start). You can also select how many cups between 2 and 10 to brew. The burr grinder allows more uniform grinding for best flavor outcomes and though a little loud, it is pretty fast. You get all the features for the lower end price point IMO and this machine competes with higher-priced competitors. So I’m sipping great coffee and saving $80+ that I can spend on great beans! Highly recommend this Gevi coffee maker!

Customer Review: Very disappointed with this coffee maker with a grinder. I made coffee about 10 times before the grinder started to make odd noises. It became very inconsistent in the way it ground the coffee and how much coffee grounds it measured out. Sometimes it would deliver almost no coffee grounds into the filter and other times it would deliver the correct amount of coffee grounds. I could not depend on the machine delivering the correct amount of ground coffee to make a decent cup of coffee. I had to stop the brew and check how much coffee grounds were in the filter before allowing the water to be delivered to make a pot of coffee. What a total pain it became to brew a pot of coffee consequently I returned this coffee machine to Amazon. BTW the coffee hopper was always full of medium roast coffee beans. I my opinion the coffee bean hopper is kind of funky with some sort of an odd hood over the coffee grinder input hole. It appears to interfere with the delivery of fresh beans to the grinder. I have used an inexpensive competitor’s machine for about four years in which I will now buy to replace this machine.

It doesn’t quite grind enough in my opinion, so I do 3/4 of a pot and it’s perfect.We did have an issue with ours after 11 months, it stopped brewing coffee. I messaged customer support for ideas to repair it, and instead they sent a brand new unit within a week. Awesome customer service and a great coffee pot.

Customer Review: Worked great for about 2 months. Then Kenmore coffee maker is now not dropping all of the ground coffee into the filter basket. There is a plate that is blocking the grounds and the grounds back up in the chute. Cleaning does not help. As a result the coffee is very weak and not drinkable. Hopefully Kooltron will stand behind their product with a replacement or refund.Update: NO response from the website, email, or phone number listed.DONOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
