Blue whale kept repeatedly diving at surface trying to get cling wrap off, but that cling plastic wrap STUCK to its blow / breathing hole like glue.Same as human suffocating when plastic bag firmly held over one’s face, the blue whale was breathing IN the wrap instead of air. Ppl trying to remove it could barely keep up with endangered whale bc it swims so very fast. Only air planes can keep up with blue whales. Unforgettably TRAGIC.Now there’s a new sustainable biodegradable compost wrap @ Whole Foods named “Conposite” in brown paper box, it’s thinner sheet so get more product, & roll is 3 inches longer, VERY clingy, near same price; great for all storage incl cold, & 1x high heat microwave. Save foil or other wrap metal teeth from other brands’ boxes to tape to biodegradable Composite box for easier cutting.Yet only Saran Wrap can take 4-7x microwave high heat & remain clingy.It’s garbage companies that fail to recycle plastic- our refuse bill is high enough.Anyways, still love Saran Wrap but use it only for repeat microwaving @ high heat bc 10 TONS of plastic is dumped into seas globally annually by every country.3 Saran Wrap boxes came sealed in plastic (ironic); undamaged & clean.
