Works great for a 1 shower, 1 bath, all faucets running at the same time. 120 degrees in 10 seconds. I’m a handyman by trade and would recommend this over most units. However, it’s only been a week. Comes with a remote that we control on the wall on the inside of the house. It’s protected during all weather outside which is a plus. Very easy to install. The instructions was to the point and easy to comprehend. It’s super durability and not to heavy and made very well. The functions of the control panel takes the worry off my mind as i can control the settings inside and not have to worry about going outside to figure stuff out. Marvelous value for my money im just super happy.

The unit is mounted outside. ALL OF THIS MEANS WHEN THIS STUPID ERROR HAPPENS AND SUDDENLY YOUR SHOWER TURNS ICE COLD, YOU HAVE TO GET OUT UNLESS YOU SOMEHOW MANAGED TO GET 16 FT OF WIRE TO REACH FROM OUTSIDE TO YOUR BATHROOM. MINE IS BASICALLY ON MY PORCH AND I FOUND THIS OUT IN BELOW FREEZING WEATHER.
