Customer Review: I think this was a good deal. Although I had an issue with the fan and light button the seller was very responsive to my predicament. They were very nice to deal with and offered a new range hood, or a new control. I didn’t see any point in returning the hood so I opted for a new part instead. The part was easy to install and they provided step by step instructions. Having the support of the seller means a lot. They really seem to back up their products, which is very important when you spend hard earned cash on something . I still have to install the range hood, but I think it will be a good one.

Customer Review: This is an excellent under cabinet range hood. I hav been using it now for about 9 months. It is very quiet even though the fans are very strong. I can finally broil fish in the oven and NOT have the house stinking of fish for days. It vents the exhaust coming out from my oven very effectively. I also have a tendency to set off my very sensitive smoke alarms in the dining room when searing meats on the stove. This is no longer a problem when using the Vikio range hood. You can watch as the fans suck the smoke sight up and out through the hood. The scerrns are also a BREEZE to clean. Just pop them out and run them through the dishwasher.Installation was a bit tricky mainly because my existing vent didnt line up perfectly. I would STRONGLY recommend purchasing the MANQO cabinet jacks to assist with installation. There were two of us for the install and I don’t know if we could have done it without the jacks. The LED lights are very bright and light up the cooking surface very well.This is a HUGE upgrade from the the cheap “standard “box store” vent hood i replaced. Well worth the investment and i would strongly recommend upgrading to this unit.

Customer Review: This is a very well constructed range hood. There is one thing that made installation very difficult for me — the location of the power cord. I realize most would be installing under a standard over-range cabinet, but I have a custom built enclosure from an existing old hood. The cord location is exactly under the 2×2 that I needed to attach hood to. So I had to build a custom support for this hood. Once installed, though, it looks great and functions well. The wall switch in the photo controls a “puller” fan on the end of the vent run. So I removed the included damper and use the one already in the existing vent run.

And I have to give some credits to the installation agent who spent 2+ hours to make sure the unit was properly installed.One thing I wish I knew before buying is that the screen when opened will touch the handlers of the cabinet above it(see last photo), so we have to remove them. Customer Review: We are really pleased with our new range hood. We had a cabinet above the range so we didn’t have room that vertical part above the hood. We basically did an under-cabinet installation where a microwave had been. The microwave had a rectangular vent interface that we removed and cut the cabinet (didn’t worry about the cut looking good) to allow the flexible hose to pass. The a little custom cabinet work to hide the flexible vent hose. Now it looks like a custom install.

High-fan is loud but it moves some air, great for when you burn something. Low-fan is perfect for normal cooking. Moving just enough air to pull smoke, steam, fumes up and out but quiet enough to enjoy a conversation while you cook. If I had the need, I would buy again.
