Customer Review: I like the GE Convection Microwave Oven, 1050W. I have used the microwave, the air fryer, the convection oven and all work great. My old microwave was higher wattage, but I have not had to add much extra time to heat things up. The beeping is a bit annoying, but I’m getting used to it. It tells you when it’s HOT, which is a good safety feature. A lot of smudges on the stainless steel parts, but that’s expected. It fits in the standard microwave spot in my cabinets above my kitchen counter.

It took a little to get used to the controls but now it’s fine. A little odd that the main microwave button “Cook time” is in a random spot rather than at the top or highlight it somehow. Wish companies used white type on black rather than the light grey (I ain’t getting any younger!). It is also a bit underpowered but not a big deal. The most annoying this this thing beeps soooo loud! So loud. I contacted GE to see if the volume could be turned down and they said no. It’s loud like something extremely dangerous is happening with the oven. Lol. Overall much better than a regular microwave.

Customer Review: I love being able to ask Alexa to start my coffee while I’m still in bed. The air fry function makes amazing crispy potatoes, and the sensor cooking really does keep food moist. Installation was easy, and the controls are super responsive.

Customer Review: Bought this to replace the broken microwave in my RV. 24″ over the range microwaves are harder to find than I thought. I could not find a microwave that was as deep as the old model. All 24″ microwaves are 24″ wide, but my older microwave was much deeper, and the cabinet space it was designed to fit in was also deeper. So the new microwave was set-back 4″ too deep in existing cabinet space which is a problem because it requires a rear wall mount and the range vent is top vented and the door did not have enough room to hinge open. The fix was rather simple, I screwed two 4x4s vertically to the wall into the stud location and anchored the mounting plate to that. Its behind the microwave and you cant see it. Otherwise its a great microwave for the price. About 20 pounds lighter than the old unit, much more sleeker looking, and I dig the way the door opens. All and all, very happy with the purchase. Its a good microwave for the price, and matches the stove well. Brings a little modern touch to the 13 year old RV.To know if you’ll have issues or not having to shim the microwave out from the wall, measure the depth of your cabinet, if its around 15″ or so (normal) you should be good. If its deeper than that, then whatever that distance is, is the size of the shim. My cabinet stuck out 19″. I needed a 4″ shim.Good luck, its a nice, sleek, unit.I’m giving it a 5 star on install, its not the manufacture’s fault my cabinet was so deep.

Customer Review: I was hesitant on this purchase because I wasn’t familiar with the Cosmo brand. I did some research and learned that Cosmo makes a variety of high end kitchen ranges, range hoods and microwaves that are sold through Home Depot and other such places. Now that I’ve installed this microwave my wife and I could not be happier. It’s sleek, modern appearance compliments our other black appliances, the unit works perfectly, it’s quieter than our Kenmore was, the controls are easy to read and intuitive and my wife really likes the way the dual lighting illuminates the stove top while she’s cooking. For us, this is a 100 percenter…..love it!

Customer Review: What can I say. It’s a microwave and it works as it should, but one of my favorite features is that you can change the volume of the beeps and noises. I wake up earlier than the rest of the family, so having these quieter alerts makes it nice so I don’t have to wake up the rest of the house cooking my breakfast. It fits exactly where the old one used to and was easy to install with the help of one other person to hold it in place for mounting. The interior is very easy to clean.I sometimes use different power levels other than just full blast, and the way to adjust the power levels is a little different than what I was used to, but after I figured it out it was an easy adjustment for me. The LED interior light makes it nice and bright inside, and overall a great value for the features that are included.

Customer Review: Works great, really happy with it. Some other reviewers complained about the plug. It’s a non-issue. Either replace your existing receptacle if you have to or installed in a new kitchen install the correct receptacle. A microwave should be on a dedicated 20A circuit anyway, but it would be fine on 15A it only draws 8 on 120V power. I cut off the plug and hardwired mine it’s inside a cabinet anyway. For half the price of a similar product from a name brand this one is working really well.

When it arrived my sweet husband set it up and was going to surprise me. Thank goodness I looked at it first. It was smaller than our microwave. I knew I had not done may homework well enough and no way was it going to cook a pizza. Back it went.Studying every review for many brands, I looked up comparison charts and then announced we were getting this Ninja Air Fryer. After presenting the research I had done on the many models and makes, we together ordered this Ninja French Door model. This appliance has the French doors and they open together making it so easy to be one handed, loading chicken or anything else.Unwrapping the air fryer was like Christmas all over again. It comes so well packed and with each paper to unwrap comes another feature. It was so exciting to see each new piece imagining what the element would prepare for us. My photographs will show you up close the quality of packing and details of the fryer. By the time I thought about pictures, we had already induldged so the plate looks a little empty!Now, let me tell you about the chicken. I first tried out chicken wings. Great appetizer to set on the table? Not a chance! These were so good, they never made it to the table and dinner did not move forward. It was the best fried chicken I had ever had without deep fried chicken in grease! All we did was to rinse the wings, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and drop them into a zip lock bag with corn starch. Shake them around to coat them evenly and into the air fryer with space around each wing. That’s it! I was raised in the deep south where fried chicken and corn bread were a weekly staple.The very next day my husband went back to the store and bought the value pack of chicken wings. He wanted to try the larger wings whole. They took longer to cook but they were as crispy. I also wanted to buy the boneless skinless chicken breast and slice them like tenders. These should have been breaded. The skin on the wings were better equipped to crisp up easier but still heavily.While the chicken was cooking, what better than fried potatoes with chicken and white pepper gravy to dip it all in? Onward to another course to add to our not dinner! Oh my! The potatoes were amazing. They were so good we took a plate full to our neighbor who was not feeling like eating anything. She only lives five minutes away and she called before my husband returned and had eaten all but one! So, potato wedges we’re next to try. And honey roasted carrots.The cookbook offers a one pan meal with a protein and vegetables roasted. Oh my gosh! Baking corn bread was another find.Our pizza was too large as it was rectangular but we will do it again smaller or round.Next we tried the Carne Asada recipe in the cookbook that came with the air fryer. I had never cooked flank steak. The marinade they have in this recipe is crucial. A tough cut of meat was as tender as any filet mignon! We did cook it about three minutes longer to sear it darker.So far nothing is not just wonderful. Every night we just try something different. I cannot tell you how long its been since we have had so much fun playing with recipes to cook in our oven! This air fryer has brought life back to the kitchen.I do wish it were larger but it does fine for the two of us and with planning, an easy way to prepare many dishes for company.Enjoy this oven we believe from our results, and comparing its to other brands with our friends, surpasses any other.One last thing. We are bad at buying new gadgets and they end up on a wire rack stored in the garage, used only once. This unit is attractive, fits nicely on the counter, takes up less room than our toaster oven, works far better than the conventional oven, cleans easily, and a joy to own.Oh, that toast my husband was concerned about…he makes every day in the air fryer and its better than any toaster we have ever used, or even the toaster oven we now have in a mini upstairs kitchen.Mamie

Customer Review: I purchased this as a gift for my wife, to replace a cheap basket-style air fryer. This cooks very well, and it cooks fast. It can be used as an air fryer, a toaster over, and a convection oven. The interior can hold a decent amount of food, the french doors can be both opened with one hand (opening one also opens the other), the controls are very easy to set and use, and the build quality seems pretty good. I got this on sale for the holidays, and for what I paid this was a no-brainer. It works much better and faster than our previous unit, and does’t take up much more counter space — it’s got a similar footprint to a small microwave oven and will easily fit under standard height cabinets. The external case doesn’t get warm when in use. It’s easy to clean. We’re happy with it, and have no reservations recommending it to others.

Customer Review: When my Cuisinart toaster/fryer died I took a chance on this for half the price and absolutely love it. Cavernous in size, numerous rack and tray configurations and the french doors are brilliant and operate flawlessly. The controls take a bit of learning due to many great features, but they are intuitive and simple to operate. One knob does most of everything. I love that you can turn the light on and off and that it has dedicated preheat cycles. And on top of all that, it cooks very well. Easily the best of the 4 air fryers I’ve had to date. It also looks great and is all flat surfaces, so its very easy to clean. 3 months in its been a home run. Don’t be fooled by brand names. All your favorites sold out to private equity. They’re shell companies now. Midea is basically China’s General Electric and many of its products were designed by Toshiba. You won’t find anything close to this quality at this price. Buy it and love it like I do.

Customer Review: I seriously cannot believe that I was able to bake a full sized loaf of bread using my cast iron bread loaf pan (AND I realize now that I can fit TWO cast iron loaf pans comfortably if I want to) – it came out perfect. I tried the convection mode and foil for the last 10 minutes (but i had to do foil in my regular oven anyway). I will invest in a Dutch oven with a cover (I’ve been meaning to buy one anyway) – then I won’t need the foil at all anymore. Cookies came out GREAT no burnt bottoms – crispy and chewy and PERFECT. The french doors are an aesthetic bonus, and they are functional – they both open at the same time, which is nice. The unit is sturdy/built well and nice looking and has a THREE PRONG plug – which for safety reasons I passed on another popular brand with very similar features (and slightly roomier) with French doors – the two prong plug was a NO for me, regardless of the extra space. Anyway, it is a GREAT toaster oven, the knob and buttons are very distinct and easy to use (not like the electronic “pads” some toaster ovens have) – which I don’t like too much, while at the same time, offering most of the same up to date features. I don’t understand the criticisms regarding the knob and buttons not being “intuitive” (it does not operate via AI??? – they are simple, straightforward, and easy to use – honestly) I am very picky, and I love this toaster oven for the purposes I need it – and it looks elegant on my kitchen counter with a small footprint for what it handles. It was a great buy:) More than satisfied on this end:)
