“Update: this is an update to my original review. The company followed up with me and provided replacement parts. Once I changed them out, the lights were brighter, no hissing sound and the buttons/ sensor controls were greatly improved. Great customer service!! The rangehood is so nice now!!!Old review: When I first received the range hood it looked great. I installed it and noticed that the sensor didn’t work great and that it was turning on when I reached up to get something out of the cupboard above the fan. Other times, I would try to turn on the light or the fan and it took multiple touches to get it to come on or adjust. One of the worst things is the high pitch noise that comes from the lighting. I can’t get rid of the high pitch noise, making it nearly impossible to use the light. The fan noise is louder than I thought it would be.”

“I normally don’t write reviews, but I am very impressed by this product along with the seller’s great customer service. It is powerful and easy to use. Noise level is reasonable, style looks great. I got the 30-inch size since Dec 2023 and as of today 9/7/2025, still runs great like a clock. Recently my filters got damaged during cleaning so I had to reach out to the seller. The representative Jane was more than just helpful and she guided me through the entire process of getting my replacement filters that fit perfectly. I am very grateful for her service and satisfied with this product!”

“This is an excellent under cabinet range hood. I hav been using it now for about 9 months. It is very quiet even though the fans are very strong. I can finally broil fish in the oven and NOT have the house stinking of fish for days. It vents the exhaust coming out from my oven very effectively. I also have a tendency to set off my very sensitive smoke alarms in the dining room when searing meats on the stove. This is no longer a problem when using the Vikio range hood. You can watch as the fans suck the smoke sight up and out through the hood. The scerrns are also a BREEZE to clean. Just pop them out and run them through the dishwasher.Installation was a bit tricky mainly because my existing vent didnt line up perfectly. I would STRONGLY recommend purchasing the MANQO cabinet jacks to assist with installation. You can read my review of the jacks on Amazon. There were two of us for the install and I don’t know if we could have done it without the jacks. The LED lights are very bright and light up the cooking surface very well.This is a HUGE upgrade from the the cheap ‘standard’ box store’ vent hood i replaced. Well worth the investment and i would strongly recommend upgrading to this unit.”

“Simple, sleek, clean look. We needed a simple hood as we added a secondary stove. This fit perfect and it gets the job done. It’s light weight and easy to install. Helps remove the heat and odors from the room. The noise level is okay, slightly loud when on high but they all do that, I have yet seen or found a ‘quiet’ one. It does not bother me as long as it works and does what it needs to.”

“This was our 3rd hood that we purchased – all for the same thing: as a replacement for an old range hood that was dingy and no longer matched my appliances. The first one we purchased was broken – just bad luck. The 2nd one was better, but once installed, it was in the way of my corner cupboard door. So we removed that one and found this one on Amazon. Most important for us, the front angled in, so the cupboard door would clear it. It seemed perfect, but was way cheaper than the other model, and cheaper than many others on here. It is rather plain, not fancy. The other one we bought had 2 LED lights and 2 vent screens that covered the entire underside, which was nice. This one has one really bright LED light right in the center. It illuminates the entire stove top, and some of the surrounding countertop. The vent screen is a normal old-school screen right in the middle. The underside is open, but so was my old one, so that was fine. It was easy to wire into the existing wires from the old one. Just had to match up the colors of the wires! It was super-easy to install. It was very light, so I was able to hold it up while my husband screwed it into the existing structure. It fit perfectly! It looks like it will be easy to clean, as it is not textured (my old one was textured and it was AWFUL to clean!!!) The fan has 2 speeds and is not any louder than my old one – maybe even a little quieter. It has 2 rocker switches – one for light, one for fan. Pretty basic, but everything you need for a nice-looking hood that works just fine. I would recommend it to anyone, especially for the price.”

“Looks so much better than the old grungy oversized microwave that was above the range in our new house. It fit perfect & works perfect. It’s not too loud, either. Light seems dull & not really worth using during the day but it does put off more light than you think when it’s nighttime. Easy to install! Do not lose the little metal rectangle piece, that’s what slides up in the front of the vent to push the air up the attic instead of out into the room. Very pleased with this purchase!”

My kitchen is very large so it was essential to select hoods with high CFM. Both hoods arrived the same day , packed well and in perfect condition. My professional installer had no problems installing both. They are modern, beautiful and though I haven’t used them a lot yet, they are quiet and appear to be efficient. A nice addition are the remote controls they come with that allow you to adjust according to your needs. But What was really impressive is their customer service. My home was burglarized during the remodel and left is a state of chaos. I searched everywhere to locate the the instruction booklets and the remote controls but never was able to locate them. I contacted customer service and explained my dilemma. I offered to buy new remotes but the customer rep EMMA was so wonderful, she offered to send me two new remotes for free and sent me a link to download the instructions. Wow! It’s difficult to find a good product backed by great customer service. I have no doubt that if anything goes wrong with my new hoods, customer service will stand by their product. If it is important to you to buy from a company that stands by its product, consider IKTCH.”

“This is a great hood that was installed over my cook top. The fan is the most powerful at 1200 cmf and is very quiet even on the highest speed.The wave hand feature to turn the blower on and adjust speed requires little effort. The adjustable intensity of the lights, allow it to be used not only as work lights but also low enough for ambient lighting. The professional type filters are another plus to this very good looking installed unit. On top of that, there was great support from the manufacture.”

“Bought 2 yrs ago when I completely remodeled my kitchen/house. Really powerful fan, especially when set to high.No issues with smoke when cooking. Push buttons are excellent, easy to push, and the 3 different speeds are all you’ll need.The stainless steel makes it super easy to clean and shiny too.The metal mesh filters are also excellent and easy removal for cleaning. Mines (shown in pics) are dirty because I don’t do a good job of regularly cleaning them. I dump them in a bucket of CLR, leave overnight and hit it with the water hose. Mind you I do this probably once a year….maybe.Installation was also easy but watch a few youtube videos first and it does help having another person help hold it up still while you install.The under lights are also excellent. Bright. Have had no issues with it so far.Definitely recommend if you want quality.”
