Once set up, it is easy to use. six pre-set buttons for popcorn, pizza and other things. easy-peasy. I do notice microwace ovens in general appear to break down frequently. The problem with my last one (a fifferent brand, another manfacturer) is that I notived the back facing the wall was becoming hot. I did not have it close to the wall. It just started to overheat. So I deemed the old one a fite hazard, threw it away, and got this replacement. Hope it lasts”
