Blueberry Peach Muffins Fresh Recipe

Blueberry Peach Muffins is my today’s issues. Here I will describe the whole prepared system. I also try to give a short nutrition  and health information of Blueberry.

Peaches and blueberries are in season in the Okanagan right now and I stopped at one of the many market stalls in Keremeos yesterday and bought some of both. I have more than I can eat so decided to make some muffins. Wow! Who knew peach and blueberry muffins could taste so good. Makes 16 large muffins.

“All of my family member love muffins and peaches in this time. ! If you  like blueberry with muffins, you will love these recipes obviously!” 

Ingredients: Blueberry Peach Muffins Recipes

To get a better result I request you  to follow the system step by step rightly.

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp allspice or nutmeg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup yogurt (you can use plain or blueberry or peach fruit yogurt)
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cups fresh peaches, skinned and chopped (2 large peaches)
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries

Directions:

Mix together dry ingredients, set aside. Beat the eggs and add the yogurt, vanilla and butter. Stir in the flour mixture. Gently fold in peaches and blueberries. Spoon into lined or greased muffin cups. Sprinkle raw sugar on top (optional). Bake at 400F for 20-22 minutes until brown on top.
