Hi! kitchen Fact lover. Today I’m going to share my homemade curry paste easy recipe. You can apply some variety to the vegetable base and Curry Paste Sauce & Protein Base. Lets we try to make the popular cooking.

Homemade Curry Paste Easy Ingredients

Please attention to the below items for homemade Curry Paste cooking.  You can add items basis of your need and taste. And you will apply your favorite vegetable which goes with the basics.

Curry Paste

  • Fresh Turmeric
  • Shallots -Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Garam Masala Spice Mix

Base

  • Onions
  • Tomato
  • Celery
  • Mustard Seeds

Vegetable Base

  • Aubergine
  • Pumpkin
  • Sweet Potato
  • Carrots -Olive oil

Sauce & Protein Base

  • Butter Beans (pre-cooked)
  • Coconut cream/milk
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper
    Top up on Garam Masala

PROCESS:

–  Start with your curry paste. Amounts depend on the size of your batch and are not that important so we are only going to give you the necessary ingredients. In a blender mix all the curry paste ingredients together until you get a paste. If you have trouble add some liquid or oil. This is again something you can keep in the fridge for quite some time and use.

–  In a hot pan with olive oil or coconut oil add onions, chopped tomatoes, mustard seeds and some of your curry paste. Let everything heat through and start adding your veggies. Nice big bite size pieces.

–  Cook all until softened, put the heat down to medium and add coconut milk, salt & pepper to taste, and then the butter beans. Leave it to cook together on a low heat for about 15-20 minutes. If you are lacking flavor add more garam masala spice.

Serve with rice or any other grain and it goes very well with the mango kiwi salsa!
